In Sanskrit, Mukta means freedom, opening or loosening. But opening or loosening of what? Mukta aims to free you from your own limitations, to be able to manage your mind, so that your true self can shine through and you can express yourself authentically.

By combining the wisdom of Yoga with the teachings of psychology, your journey becomes one of releasing old conditioning to rest in centered awareness, intuitively expressing yourself to the fullest. The Mukta Center offers innovative approaches to loosen this past psychological conditioning – opening your unique path to freedom and fulfillment.
